All students at NISC actively use technology, starting in the Early Learning program, through Grade 12.

In the Primary Years Program (PYP), technology in integrated into all Units of Inquiry and our primary school ICT teacher works with the classroom teachers to ensure challenging and motivating use of technology within the units.

In the Middle Years Program (MYP), all students study technology with our specialist ICT teachers, with a strong emphasis on the Design Cycle. Software included in the MYP includes the Adobe and Microsoft suites. Students also use technology in all subjects in the development of the Approaches to Learning, emphasizing research and presentation skills.

In the Diploma Program (DP), students have an option of studying Information Technology in a Global Society and use technology as an integrals part of the teaching and learning process.

The entire campus has wireless internet, and although most Upper School students have their own lap tops, NISC provides net books for students as well.

We have three computer labs staffed by three full time and experienced ICT teachers. And lastly, every classroom is equipped with a ceiling mounted data project to enhance classroom instruction.
